"The Mount Washington Road (White Mountains)" engraved by S.V.Hunt after a picture by Harry Fenn, published in Picturesque America, about 1875. Steel engraved print with full plate mark on heavy paper. Recent hand colouring. Size 14 x 23 cms plus inscription and margins. (Note - the banding in the clouds area is due to the scanning process and does not exist on the actual print.) Ref G2055
