"King Edgar rowed down the River Dee by Eight Tributary Kings attended by his principal Nobility" (in 973 AD) engraved by Walker after a picture by Wale, published in Russel's New and Authentic History of England ..., 1781. Copper engraved print, some soiling and slight age browning. Size 15 x 28 cms including title, plus margins with full plate mark. Ref H2443
