"Chepstow Castle in Monmouthshire. To the Right Hon.ble the Marquis of Worcester ~ this Plate is (by Permisson) respectfully Inscribed, by his Lordship's most obedient humble Servant, James Fittler" etched by J.Fittler after a drawing by G.Robertson, published by J.Fittler in 1787. Large copper plate etching with old hand colour. FAULTS - trimmed to plate mark, several edge tears (no loss) with old tape repairs (not sellotape), some soiling in the margins. Size 41.5 x 32.5 cms including title, plus narrow margins. Scarce. Ref G5699
