Turkish Army on a March, 1811

"Costume of the Turks, exhibited in the actual March of an Army" engraved by W & G Cooke after a picture by E.Dayes and F.B.Spilsbury, published in A System of Modern Geography, 1811 (dated 1809.) Copper engraved antique print with recent hand colouring. Two (flattened) vertical folds, also some creasing and very slight soiling. Size 35 x 21 cms including title, plus good margins.
