"Cimmerian Bosphorus, or Straits of Taman, looking towards the Black Sea" and "... looking towards the Sea of Azof, with the conical Mountain of Prekla Volcano on the right" engraved by Joseph Skelton pictures by E.D.Clarke, published in Clarke's Travels in Various Countries ..., 1810. Copper engraving with recent hand colour, good condition. Size 20.5 x 16 cms including title, plus margins. Ref H5311
