"Destroying the Chrysalids and reeling the Cocoons" engraved by J.Davies after a picture by Thomas Allom, published in The Chinese Empire Illustrated, about 1858. Steel engraved print with recent hand colouring. Closed tear in upper margin, just to image edge, otherwise good condition. Size 19 x 15.5 cms including title, plus margins. Ref H7682
