"The White Friars in Glocester, Aug 24, 1721" engraved by E.Kirkall after a picture by Stukeley, published in Itinerarium Curiosum, about 1724. The Whitefriars buildings are now long gone but the bowling green remains. Copper engraved print, strong plate mark and good margins. Small stain lower right. Size 27.5 x 17 cms to plate mark, plus margins. Ref E6464
