"Liverpool" engraved by T.Starling after a map by Mr.Gage, published by The Society for the Diffusion of Useful Knowledge (SDUK), 1844 (dated 1836.) Very detailed steel engraved plan with original hand colour. Insets showing Liverpool in 1650, Black Rock Lighthouse and a plan of Liverpool in 1729. Good condition. Size 38.5 x 29.5 cms plus good margins. Ref F6863
