Turkey, Constantinople, the Seraglio Point, 1838 / 1855

"Constantinople. The Seraglio Point" engraved by M.Osborne after a picture by W.H.Bartlett, published in The Ladies Wreath, about 1855. Originally published in The Beauties of the Bosphorus, 1838, this appears to be a re-engraved version for a periodical. Steel engraved print with recent hand colour. Narrow lower margin, othersise good condition. Size 18 x 13 cms including title, plus margins. Ref G4882
