"Absalom, having Killed Ammon his Brother sent a Woman in discuise to sollicit his pardon from David his Father" copper engraving published in Dr. Bradshaw's New Edition of Josephus, about 1790. Some age browning and slight soiling, worm hole lower right. Size 15 x 21 cms including title, plus margins with full plate mark. Ref F1516
