"A Map of the Holy Land Divided into the XII Tribes of Israel wherein is marked Exactly ye Travels of Jesus Christ" anonymous engraver, sold by Richard Ware and William Taylor, published about 1725. (Ref Laor B23). Copper engraved map with recent hand colour. Plate mark and good margins. FAULTS - creasing down the centre of the map parallel to the centrefold, some tears and splits associated with the centrefold, repaired with archival tissue on the reverse, with slight loss. Some staining masked with white paint. Not a collector's item, but a good decorative authentic map. Size 43 x 35.5 cms plus margins. Ref F6353
