An interesting plan, showing the newly built Promenade, leading up to Sherborne Spa, where the Queen's Hotel is now. Also marked is a large crescent, 'Cambray Parade', which was not built. Some vertical creases and close trimmed to upper and lower edges. Size 21 x 22 cms including titles, plus margins. Ref I0370
