Capt. Cook's men Shooting Sea Horses (walruses), 1817. "Crew of Captain Cook Shooting Sea Horses on the Ice of the Northern Sea, in order to supply the want of fresh Provisions" published in Cooke's Geography, 1817. Copper engraved antique print. Closed tear in left margin away from the image, otherwise good condition with full plate mark. Size 18 x 13 cms, plus margins. Ref F5639
