London plan, 1815. "London" copper engraved plan with a small amount of original hand colouring, published in Encyclopaedia Londinensis, 1815. An interesting and detailed plan, with such areas as Walworth, Islington, Oxford Street, Limehouse and Chelsea all being on the edge of or outside London. Centrefold as published, very slight age browning. Size 38 x 24.5 cms including title, plus good margins with full plate mark. Ref G394
