Greece, Kos, about 1700. "Coos" (modern Kos), small anonymous copper engraved print published about 1700. Slight staining, split along about 4 cms of lower plate mark. Size 9.5 x 8 cms, plus margins with full plate mark. Ref F1605
Turkey, Smyrna (Izmir), about 1700. "Smyrna" (modern Izmir), small anonymous copper engraved print published about 1700. Slight staining. Size 9.5 x 8 cms, plus margins with full plate mark. Ref F1604
Greece, Rhodes, about 1700. "Rhodes" anonymous copper engraved print published about 1700. Slight staining and creased lower left (this could be removed by flattening whilst damp.) Size 15 x 10 cms, plus margins with full plate mark. Ref F1603
Israel, Church of St.John d'Acre (Akko), about 1700. "Church of S.John d'Acra" small anonymous copper engraved print published about 1700. Slight staining. Size 9.5 x 7.5 cms, plus margins with full plate mark. Ref F1602

Kent, Chatham & Rochester, large aquatint by Stadler after Farington, 1795. "Rochester and Chatham" large aquatint by J.Stadler after a picture by J.Farington, published in the History of the Thames, 1795. With original hand colouring. Map of Saxon Britain, 1735. "Britannia Saxonica" anonymous engraver, published in The History of England, 1735. Copper engraved antique map with recent hand colour. Full plate mark and good margins, two (flattened) folds. Size 29 x 37 cms including title, plus margins. Ref F1595
Godard's Montgolfier Balloon at London, 1864. "Ascent of M.Godard's Montgolfier Balloon from Cremorn Gardens" wood engraved print published in The Illustrated London News, July 1864. A large hot-air balloon, 117ft tall, but burdened with an 18ft stove for burning bundles of compressed straw. It did manage to lift off causing some damage to a 'theatrical Swiss Cottage', travelling not many miles to land in Greenwich. Size 15.5 x 21 cms including title, plus margins with descriptive text. Ref F1594
Monument to King Henry VII in Westminster Abbey, 1735. "A Stately Monument in Memory of K.Henry VII and his Queen, curiously made of Copper and gilt with Gold; erected in his Magnificent and Royal Chappel in Westminster Abbey" engraved by G. Vertue after a picture by Gravelot, published in The History of England, 1735. Copper engraved antique print. Full plate mark and good margins, severla (flattened) folds and stain to part of upper margin. Size 44 x 36 cms including title, plus margins. Ref F1593
Africa, Algeria, Oran Province, 1883. "Province d'Oran" steel engraved map with original hand colouring published in Geographie Universelle, Atlas Migeon, 1883. Surrounded by decorative vignettes. Centrefold as published, good condition. Size 43 x 30 cms including title, plus good margins. Ref F1592
Iberian peninsula, after the Roman Empire, published 1846. "Das Reich der Westgothen auf der iberischen Halbinsel von 477 bis 711" published in Spruner's Historisch-Geographischer hand-Atlas, 1846. Detailed steel engraved map with original hand colouring. Good condition with full plate mark. Size 37 x 33 cms plus margins. Ref F1591
