Paris, Place de la Concorde, Baxter print, c1880. "Place de la Concorde" Baxter print (early form of colour print). Trimmed to image edge and laid down on thick card. Print has a small oval blind-stamp lower right with a central 'BS' surrounded by 'Baxter Society'. The reverse of the card caries a purple stamp like adhesive label stating this is a genuine guaranteed Baxter print by the Baxter Society, the sticker being illegibly overwritten in pen.Good condition, colours a little faded. Size 14 x 8 cms plus card margins. Ref G7621
