"Samuel McPherson", (one of three Black Watch soldiers shot at the Tower of London on 19 July 1743 after being found guilty of mutiny). Copper engraved antique print published in Portraits, Memoirs and Characters of Remarkable Persons ..., 1819. Slight age browning, otherwise good condition. Size 11 x 20.5 cms plus margins.
