"Germany" (Northern and Southern parts) drawn and engraved by J.Archer, published in Gilbert's Modern Atlas, about 1841. Pair of steel engraved maps with original outline hand colour. Two later Victorian maps pasted to the reverse of the southern map, otherwise good condition. Size 28.5 x 23 cms each, plus margins. Ref H9858
