"Germany" classic decorative Tallis/Rapkin map published in Tallis's The Illustrated Atlas ..., about 1853. Steel engraved map with original outline hand colour, the more desirable version without a centrefold and with good margins. The decorative vignettes include Coburg, Cologne, and Dresden. Extremely slight soiling, otherwise good condition. Size 25 x 34.5 cms including decorative border, plus margins. Ref G1967
