"Turkey in Europe" drawn and engraved by J.Rapkin and published in Tallis's The Illustrated Atlas, about 1853. Steel engraved map with original outline hand colour. The vignettes include the Bosphorus & Constantinople, Ali Pasha and a Greek Caloyer. Centrefold as published, very slight foxing. Size 33 x 26.5 cms plus margins. Ref H8212
