[ Route map - Dublin to Swords ] engraved by G.Terry and published in Taylor and Skinner's Maps of the Roads of Ireland, (2nd edition), 1783. On the verso is part of a route in Dublin & Meath Counties including Balbriggen, Ballruddery & Rush. Copper engraved map. Size 12 x 21.5 cms plus good margins. Ref F4523

Several flattened folds, embossed library stamp upper left and closed tear lower right (extending about 1 cm into map area), otherwise good condition. Size 60 x 44 cms, plus margins. (Note - this is a digital camera image with uneven lighting.) Ref F4142

The first edition was published in 1695 with the maps usually printed on very thin paper, being on thicker paper this is probably from the 1722 edition. Copper engraved map with recent hand colour. centrefold as published, good condition. Size 34.5 x 41.5 cms plus good margins. Ref E9616

(Note - Only one map is shown in my image, this is a digital camera image with uneven lighting that accentuates the slight browning on the fold.) Ref E5449
