Copper engraved map with recent hand colour, good condition with wide margins. An interesting plan, showing the newly built Promenade, leading up to Sherborne Spa, where the Queen's Hotel is now. Also marked is a large crescent, 'Cambray Parade', which was not built. Size 21 x 22 cms including titles, plus good margins. Ref F4888

Copper engraved view type map with recent hand colour, on watermarked paper. Centrefold as published, plate mark and good margins. Closed tears to upper and lower parts of the centrefold, the lower tear extending almost half-way up the fold. The reapirs are visible but this map still makes an interesting decorative item. Size 43 x 35 cms including title, plus margins. Ref F4753
