Gloucestershire, Cheltenham, St.Mary's Church and surrounds, c1800 / 1850. [ Cheltenham, St.Mary's Church and surrounds ] restrike copper engraving of about 1850 from an original plate engraved by Henry Mutlow dating from about 1800. This shows the field on which the Promenade was built several years later. On textured paper. Size 13 x 10.5 cms plus good margins with plate mark. Ref E7162
Gloucestershire, Cheltenham, Thompson's Montpelier Pump Room, 1826. "Mr. Thompson's Montpelier Pump Room, Cheltenham" engraved after a picture by J.Forbes, published in Griffith's History of Cheltenham, 1826. This shows the new pump room built in 1817 (now housing Lloyds TSB Bank) before the rotunda was added. Copper engraved print, good condition. Size 14.5 x 11 cms including inscription, plus margins. Ref E7161

Gloucestershire, Tewkesbury plan, 1837. "Tewkesbury, enlarged from the Ordnance Survey" lithographic plan by R.K.Dawson, with original hand colour. Produced to illustrate the boundaries as established by the Boundaries Act passed 11th July 1832. Very slight offsetting from text that was once opposite the map. Size 24 x 26 cms including text, plus margins. Ref E7094

Gloucester, Whitefriars, Stukeley, 1721. "The White Friars in Glocester, Aug 24, 1721" engraved by E.Kirkall after a picture by Stukeley, published in Itinerarium Curiosum, about 1724. The Whitefriars buildings are now long gone but the bowling green remains. Copper engraved print, strong plate mark and good margins. Small stain lower right. Size 27.5 x 17 cms to plate mark, plus margins. Ref E6464
